For Riso Morgante, quality is not just a goal, but a daily commitment that guides every stage of the processing. Our quality control system is based on a rigorous and proven methodology, in line with HACCP principles, and extends throughout the entire supply chain, from raw materials to final packaging.

Controls at every stage of production

All incoming paddy rice transport vehicles are systematically sampled to check the merchandise characteristics and ensure compliance with our standards.
All the rice processed at the facility is sampled every hour to guarantee consistent product quality during processing.
All packaged rice is also subject to hourly checks to ensure traceability, safety, and integrity of the finished product.
Only after a thorough analysis of the raw material can the paddy rice be approved for processing. Every incoming load is sampled and analyzed to confirm it meets the essential characteristics that define high-quality rice. Only paddy rice that complies with the requirements is unloaded and sent to the next stage.

Quality at grain level

Rice that has just been harvested and properly dried is not yet ready for consumption. The grain is, in fact, covered by multiple protective layers, making its appearance quite different from what the consumer is accustomed to.
